Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UK Study Navigator website and services ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
UK Study Navigator provides an online eligibility and readiness checker for international students considering study in the UK. The free checker gives a short summary result. A paid upgrade unlocks a full personalised report, including a university shortlist, action plan, document checklist, and related guidance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service and to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Report and payments
- The full report is a digital product delivered through a unique access link sent to the email address you provide.
- Payment is processed by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not store your card details.
- You must provide a valid email address at checkout so we can deliver your report and any updates.
- Report access is linked to the unique token in your email. Keep the link secure. We are not responsible for loss of access if the link is shared or lost.
4. What you can and cannot do
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our data or algorithms.
- Resell, redistribute, or share a purchased report with others.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the Service or other users.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including text, design, code, data, and report formats — is owned by or licensed to UK Study Navigator and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal licence to view and download your own paid report for your own use.
6. Disclaimer and limitations
- The Service gives guidance based on the information you provide and publicly available sources. It is not legal, immigration, or professional advice. Always confirm visa, finance, and admissions requirements with official bodies such as UKVI, UCAS, and your chosen university.
- We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship success.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report in the 12 months before the claim arose.
7. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If you continue to use the Service after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.
